Geography & History
How we teach Geography and History at Warden Hill
At Warden Hill we alternate the teaching of History and Geography so each class will do three History and three Geography units within the school year.
We follow a bespoke Humanities curriculum that:
- teaches our children to love the Humanities and understand their significance
- follows the key knowledge and skills of the National Curriculum
- celebrates Luton’s local history and geography.
We use a range of teaching strategies to engage the children with their learning and allow them to express their understanding and opinions in a variety of ways.
